Our Story
Dee Lincoln Prime is located at The Star – Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters in Frisco, Texas. At the heart of this culinary haven lies the finest selection of Prime Steaks, Japanese Wagyu and Kobe Beef, which is a very rare offering in a select few restaurants across the country, accompanied by only the finest seafood and delectable sushi. A 6 seat sushi bar, located off the main bar, offers an exclusive Omakase Menu. Our wine cellar boasts over 800 selections showcasing world class wine producers and regions as well as a Chef’s Table with seasonal menu offerings. Havana Dee’s Lounge is a hidden gem accessible through a private entrance within Dee Lincoln Prime. Enjoy live music and world class spirit’s Monday – Saturday.
Founder
Dee Lincoln launched her namesake Dee Lincoln Prime in 2017 and opened Havana Dee’s Lounge located within Dee Lincoln Prime in 2020. Recognized as a female powerhouse, Lincoln has garnered local, regional and national achievements throughout her career and is often referred to as the “Queen of Steaks”.
Lincoln, Co-Founder of Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, found her humble entrance into the restaurant industry in New Orleans. She then made her way to Dallas where she and then partner built two very successful locations and soon consolidated to one free standing location. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse was sold in 1995 to a publicly traded company. Intrigued by CEO Jamie Coulter’s vision, Dee remained with the company as Vice President of Operations, and together, she and Jamie expanded the brand into five cities. Dee went on to expand into three additional cities.
In 2009 Lincoln ended her Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse journey. She launched the Dee Lincoln Brand and with it, Dee Lincoln’s Bubble Bar, located on the Silver Suite Level of the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium; the first wine and champagne lounge of its kind to be experienced in a sports arena was created and is still operating today.
In July 2024, Dee opened Dee’s Table, Burgers & More in the Star Complex in Frisco. Drawing inspiration from her Louisiana roots and cherished memories of family gatherings around the dinner table, Dee has curated a menu that reflects her personal culinary journey.
